Mr. Stein is a partner of the firm's litigation section. He is a 1987 graduate of Clark University and a 1990 graduate of Suffolk University School of Law.
Mr. Stein joined the firm in 1994. Mr. Stein was previously employed as a Litigation Associate at the law firm of Murphy, Lamere & Murphy in Braintree, Massachusetts. Mr. Stein concentrates his practice in the litigation and resolution of personal injury, construction and employment/business cases in all Courts of the Commonwealth as well as the United States District Court.
Mr. Stein appeared in the 2005 edition of Massachusetts Super Lawyers/ Rising Stars. Mr. Stein has successfully tried over 50 cases in various courts in the Commonwealth. He has also arbitrated numerous cases, and tried cases before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
