Alisha S. Tomasino joined Rubin, Weisman, Colasanti Kajko & Stein, LLP as a litigation associate in 2006. Prior to joining Rubin, Weisman, Colasanti, Kajko & Stein, Ms. Tomasino was an associate at Zisson & Veara.

Ms. Tomasino received her law degree from Suffolk University Law School in 2000 and her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. After graduation from Suffolk University Law School, Ms. Tomasino was a law clerk to the justices of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court. Ms. Tomasino is a certified mediator and conciliator and is a member of the Middlesex Bar Association.

Her practice focuses on the complex litigation of domestic relations matters, including pre-nuptial agreements, divorce, modification, paternity and contempt matters. Ms. Tomasino also practices in the areas of civil litigation and criminal defense matters in all courts of the Commonwealth.

Ms. Tomasino has appeared as a legal commentator in various news publications and on television on MSNBC.

Attorney Tomasino has been honored in 2009 by being named a Rising Star in both the Massachusetts and New England Super Lawyers Magazines/Boston Magazine, an honor awarded to only 2.5% of young lawyers in Massachusetts.
