Christine N. Fletcher is an associate in the Lexington office of Rubin, Weisman, Colasanti, Kajko & Stein, LLP practicing in the areas of Trusts and Estates and Business Law.

Ms. Fletcher's Trusts and Estates practice includes wills and trusts, estate tax planning, planning for incapacity, business succession planning, estate adminsitration, probate and trust administration. 

Ms. Fletcher's Business Law practice includes business formation, corporate maintenance, corporate acquisitions, sales and mergers, contract review and preparation, employee contracts and general corporate and business matters.  Ms. Fletcher's representative clients include emerging businesses, closely held companies, manufactuers, retailers, real estate developers, financial services companies and web businesses. 

Ms. Fletcher received her law degree from Syracuse University College of Law and her undergraduate degree from Boston University. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New York and New Jersey.  She is a Member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Estate Planning Council.
