Attorney Profiles

Attorney Castaneda joined Rubin, Weisman, Colasanti, Kajko & Stein, LLP as a litigation associate in 2008.  Ms. Castaneda concentrates her practice primarily in Family Law and Civil Litigation.  Prior to joining Rubin, Weisman, Colasanti, Kajko & Stein, Ms. Castaneda was the lead family law attorney at Lovenberg & Associates.  She was formerly the Editor for the Massachusetts Family Law Journal.

Ms. Castaneda received her Juris Doctorate at New England School of Law.  While in law school, Ms. Castaneda served as the Managing Business Editor for the New England Journal of Criminal and Civil confinement and was the President of the Minority Student Association.  She was the recipient of the Thurgood Marshall Fellowship as well as a recipient of the Public Interest Law Student Association Grant.

In 2009 Ms. Castaneda was named a Rising Star in both the Massachusetts and New England Super Lawyers Magazine and the Boston Magazine, an honor awarded to only 2.5% of young lawyers in Massachusetts.
