As a seasoned trial attorney, Ms. Schultz-Price joined Kajko, Weisman & Colasanti, LLP as a Partner in 2021, where she practices civil litigation and criminal defense in our Nashua, New Hampshire office.

Ms. Schultz-Price came to Kajko, Weisman & Colasanti, LLP after a successful career as both a senior prosecutor and civil litigator. Immediately prior to joining our Firm, Ms. Schultz-Price was the First Assistant (Deputy) County Attorney at the Hillsborough County Attorney's Office. As First Assistant she led and managed the largest felony prosecution office in New Hampshire and handled only the most complex, violent criminal cases that came into that office. Notably, as a prosecutor, Ms. Schultz-Price never lost a criminal trial.

Prior to her tenure at the County Attorney's Office, Ms. Schultz-Price had a successful career as a civil litigator at a prominent New Hampshire law firm, where she represented hospitals, health care facilities, physicians and medical personnel in medical malpractice actions, professional liability and general liability matters.

Ms. Schultz-Price has taken dozens of civil and criminal cases successfully through trial in multiple courts in New Hampshire and New York.

Ms. Schultz-Price is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of New Hampshire and the U.S. District Court of New Hampshire, as well as courts in the states of New York and Maine.
