Attorney Vaughn D. Gendron joined Kajko, Weisman & Colasanti, LLP as an Associate Attorney in 2025. He concentrates his practice in business and corporate law, as well as estate planning.
Vaughn received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management in 2019. He earned his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2024, where he served as a Staff Editor for the University of Miami Business Law Review and had his comment published in Volume 33.
While in law school, Vaughn interned at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office, where he helped represent indigent clients in various criminal matters. He also interned with Universal Music Group, handling corporate transactional matters for the company’s East Coast record labels, including the analysis and drafting of contracts, licensing agreements, deal memoranda, and indemnity letters..
