Attorney Olivia R. Cocco concentrates her practice in all areas of family law, and has experience with divorce, paternity, custody, support, modification, and contempt matters.
Olivia joined Kajko, Weisman, & Colasanti, LLP in 2026.
Prior to joining the firm, Olivia was a law clerk for the Essex Probate and Family Court.
Olivia earned her Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2025. While in law school, Olivia worked as a practicing student attorney at the New England Law | Boston Clinical Law Office and Volunteer Lawyers Project where she represented indigent clients under SJC Rule 3:03 in family law matters.
She also interned for First Justice Terri Klug-Cafazzo of the Middlesex Probate and Family Court, where she conducted legal research and drafted orders and findings of fact for divorce cases.
Olivia advocates for her clients with both dedication and compassion. She focuses on understanding each client’s goals and guiding them toward effective and favorable resolutions.
