Morgan Roberts is the Firm’s Director of Business Operations.
Morgan is an administrative leader who has 17+ years of experience at the Firm in managing operational projects, accounting, human resources, financial and business planning, client and vendor relations, and business efficiency.
Morgan joined the Firm in 2008. Prior to becoming the Firm’s Director of Business Operations, Morgan served as a paralegal to the Managing Partner, Peter Kajko.
She works closely with the Managing Partner and Director of Operations on a day-to-day basis to ensure that the Firm exceeds all standards for both clients and employees.
Morgan received her Bachelor’s degree from Boston University and is a proud member of both the National and Boston Association of Legal Administrators.
Morgan played rugby at an elite level, playing in the Women’s Premier League for Beantown Rugby, and for USA Rugby’s Northeast Olympic Development Academy. She now serves the rugby world by refereeing and is a proud member of the New England Rugby Referee Society and USA Rugby Referees’ Regional Development Group (Top 100 referees in the country).
