Attorney Andrew Sparks has focused his practice on divorce and post-divorce matters for over 20 years. He has extensive experience representing clients in Probate and Family Courts across Massachusetts and dedicates much of his practice to resolving high-conflict divorce and custody matters. Andrew helps his clients navigate through the emotional and economic challenges of contested litigation and strives to bring positive outcomes for his clients and their children through thoughtful negotiation and zealous advocacy.
Prior to joining Kajko, Weisman, Colasanti, Andrew worked for other prominent law firms in Boston and Walpole and managed a family law practice in Boston for 15 years.
Andrew has been selected as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer for the years 2024-2026 and as a Massachusetts Super Lawyers “Rising Star” for the years 2013-2019.
Andrew regularly serves as court-appointed counsel through the ARC program (Attorneys Representing Children) and as a conciliator through the Bar Association of Norfolk County.
