Attorney Alyssa H. Ruderman focuses her practice on complex Civil Litigation matters in both state and federal court. She has extensive experience litigating complex commercial and intellectual property disputes and has managed multi-million-dollar licensing negotiations with major multinational companies, in addition to experience with products liability, contract, and landlord-tenant matters. Alyssa also handles criminal matters.
Alyssa joined Kajko, Weisman, & Colasanti, LLP in 2026. Prior to joining the firm, Alyssa served as an Associate Litigation Attorney at major law firms in Boston and New York.
Alyssa received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, where she was selected to compete in the American Association for Justice National Trial Advocacy Competition. While in law school, Alyssa also served as a Rule 36 Student Attorney, personally managing hundreds of misdemeanor and felony charges across over 100 cases in District and Superior Courts statewide.
